Previously, I went for a trip to Hong Kong with my colleagues in my company. You know well that Hong Kong and Chinese cuisine is dense compared to the Japanese country's flavor? In Hong Kong, as we thought, there were a lot of dishes with a lot of oil, and oolong tea was enough to become indispensable existence. Among them, there is only one shop that is offering Chinese cuisine for Japanese people, I would like to fully enjoy the taste of my hometown! So I entered the shop. There are lots of menus such as sushi and Japanese noodles that Japanese people love! I ordered the classic ""salt ramen"" in Japan from that menu. Then, until now, Hong Kong cuisine that was supposed to have been too thick was becoming very seasoned seemingly delicious, super excitement! Because we were able to eat a nostalgic Japanese taste, we are very satisfied hotel I came back home. I have fine dishes in Asia beyond Japan as well.
